Welcome to the New Century Homesteader's pod casts. I hope that you will enjoy the little bits and pieces you will soon find here. We'll also be including items for Local Seasons in these presentations as well. Along with pieces for the home gardener, urban farmer, small homesteader, cooks and more, I'll also keep you posted on what is going on in government that may make it difficult or even affect your ability to produce your own foods, buy from your neighborhood farms and more. She was a Saanen-Alpine mix who arrived at my home at age (approx.) 6 months, and remained with me until her death last November (2009), just a few weeks short of her 12th birthday. The last year of her life, she had been really showing her age at times, but as you can see from the photo, she was still full of it when she wanted to be. She is sadly missed, but left some wonderful memories.
